When Democrats don’t get their way, they hold service members’ paychecks and public safety hostage. Last fall, their hostage negotiation caused the longest government shutdown in U.S. history. Ahead of the September 30th funding deadline, the Senate should do whatever is necessary to pass funding bills so we can avoid another Democrat shutdown.
