During this week’s transcribed interview with Epstein associate and billionaire Leon Black, Congressman Comer revealed in a press conference with national media that Mr. Black refused to answer questions regarding nondisclosure agreements (NDAs) with potential Epstein victims. The terms of those agreements are critical to the Oversight Committee’s Epstein investigation. As a result of Mr. Black’s refusal to be transparent, Congressman Comer issued subpoenas requiring Mr. Black to produce the NDAs and to now appear for a deposition.
