LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — With Election Day approaching, Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford joined the state’s Democratic congressional delegation for a closing rally aimed at turning out voters and drawing a sharp contrast with Gov. Joe Lombardo and former President Donald Trump.
Ford appeared alongside Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, Sen. Jacky Rosen, Rep. Dina Titus, Rep. Steven Horsford and Rep. Susie Lee.
The group rallied attendees around what they described as ending “the nightmare of the failed Lombardo-Trump economy” and building a Nevada where working people can afford to thrive.
The message Monday focused on encouraging Nevadans to vote in this year’s election. Ford said many Nevadans are living paycheck to paycheck with no way out, as he once did.
“I've fought every single day for families like yours; you are my own family,” Ford said.
Rosen also urged voters to turn out, saying, “Tomorrow we're gonna send that message loud and clear…we stand together arm in arm.”
Speakers emphasized that costs and rights are on the ballot and encouraged every Nevadan to make their voice heard and vote.
