In June, I filed a Code of Conduct complaint against five Michigan Democratic Party members who had been indicted by the U.S. Department of Justice on federal charges involving alleged threats and political violence. I asked the MDP to suspend their memberships while their cases were adjudicated.
The MDP refused the morning of Aug. 28.
